Cryptoart/Trash Art “ANY BROKE TEENAGER CAN BUY!” is a digital collectible in GIF format and will have only 1 piece issued. This art is about the low price aesthetics practiced by the Trash Art movement. I want to make art with a low price and accessible to the people, and not for money-hungry speculating whales (I don't want a lambo!). This art is a punk remix made from the art (Only one owns it) created by the cryptoartists duo Hackatao, from a conversation with Trash Artist Jay Delay on Twitter and from the image of a trashcan removed from the internet. I didn't ask for permission to do this remix. I believe that the artist does not have to ask permission to make art. This attitude of not asking for authorization by itself is already a great art and is also a way to let creativity flow freely. I believe the creator of the remix has only to quote the source. Only that.
We can say that everything is a remix. In art, science, education, culture, technology, everything is created from something that already exists. Remix is the combination or editing of existing material to produce something new. The free culture movement proposes that every cultural, scientific and technological good produced should belong to the whole of society. The information wants to be free and remixed! The remix allows the emergence of an entirely new art with a new and unique meaning. I believe that, due to the fact that the remix is a new work of art, the creator of the final art is the creator of the remix and that creator has the right to sell this new art without having to pay a copyright fee to anyone. This is disobedience, guerrilla art and an explicit declaration of war against copyright. This is a fight for extreme freedom of creation and a tribute to creativity and copyleft. Crime is to boycott creativity! Legalize the remix!
