Regardless of whether a human being is a woman or a man, if he/she wants to be happy and satisfied, then there are a number of factors concerning himself/herself, about which he/she must be aware of and consequently must think about and find the effective realness with regard to his/her capabilities, his/her love and its forms, his/her body, his/her special talents, his/her virtues as well as his/her modes of behavior and his/her own fundamental and effective value. In this respect he/she must also become aware of what he/she loves about all these factors and why he/she loves and likes them, as also, however, why he/she does not love them, nor likes them, criticizes, despises and condemns them. Next, there is also the question of how he/she sees his/her life so far, and how he/she thinks about this, which also raises the question of his/her work and other activities, which he/she has to assess according to how he/she stands to them, and namely whether he/she confronts them and therefore likes them and joyfully pursues them, carries them out and fulfills them, or whether he/she dislikes and detests them. He/she must also think in such a wise about his/her own life and the life of the fellow human beings. So he/she has to search for the meaning of his/her life for himself/herself and for the other human beings, and what meaning the life of the others has for himself/herself. And if he/she finds the right answers in himself/herself to his/her own questions, then they give him/her a guidance for his/her treading of a new way in a new, happy and satisfied life and existence. For this, however, concrete and consciously-deliberate steps are necessary, which he/she must take, through which in the course of a shorter or longer period – weeks or a few months – his/her life changes fundamentally and turns into a happy and satisfied life. So he/she has to proceed step by step and not try to achieve something with Gewalt and coercion and instantaneously, because anything and everything takes its time, so it is of no use if he/she erroneously believes to have to hurry up and apply pressure to himself/herself. Such false endeavors, thoughts and feelings lead namely exactly to the opposite, that namely everything progresses much slower and ultimately is doomed to failure, because as a result of the lack of success, the patience is lost and therefore all efforts are broken off.
The whole is an action in the sense of 'more haste, less speed', which means that even though something must be done immediately, at the same time nevertheless patience must be cultivated, which with other words also means, 'everything at the proper time', 'Rome was not built in a day’, ’one picks roses with the passage of time’, and ‘in calmness lies the power’. Further, it is also said 'that which shall be good, needs time', or 'a good result does not come at a moment's notice', 'a lot of things must ripen, in order to turn out well' and so forth. And it is also exactly the same when the human being wants to be happy and satisfied, because perceptible changes only take place when he himself/she herself really consciously and willingly strives unstoppably and patiently, to advance his/her steps one after the other, to motivate himself/herself over and over again, to follow the path which has been taken and to truly walk along on it. And while walking on this way – true to himself/herself – and approaching his/her Zeal/determination/fulfillment and also remaining true to himself/herself, he/she will be able to cast off layer by layer of his/her hitherto unhappy and unsatisfied life and build up new valueful, happy and satisfied layers and grow into them. When the human being has found the way of perceptible changes to a new, joyous, happy and satisfied life and goes along on it, then he/she no longer has to search for other ways, just as he/she also does not have to reinvent himself/herself. Fact is namely, that he/she in himself/herself, even if not absolutely, is thus nevertheless completely present, so he/she only has to shed his/her leaves in his/her inner nature in order to recognize, to understand and to realize, that deep in his/her inner, the happiness and satisfaction are present and only slumbering. He/she has mixed up these two factors and up to now has shown it by his/her bad appearance, because he/she has suppressed his/her true inner nature and stifled it through his/her unhappiness and his/her unsatisfaction. But he/she must developmentally change this now to the better and bring out perceptible changes in this respect, and indeed by motivatingly and truly taking the necessary steps and growing into a revised and reformed consciousness. And he/she must do this even if his/her intellect does not yet grasp, that the developmental change turns him/her into a happy and satisfied human being. So the human being does not have to believe in it or make any belief-based fantasies about the fact that everything can or will be good, but he/she has to simply do the right thing that makes him/her a happy and satisfied human being.
He/she simply has to do the right thing and take the resultant success as it comes, but then also perceive and accept it when it arrives. The human being has been born a Wesen worth loving and innocent, and this he/she will always be again, if he/she again has become happy and satisfied and goes forth and walks through the world as a righteous, honest human being. This may indeed strike him/her as crazy because of his/her previous false and depressing, unhappy and unsatisfied thoughts and feelings, which, however is, absolutely not the case, because it is the full and effective truth that everything turns to the best and good in his/her world of thoughts and world of feelings, when he/she goes in himself/herself inwardly, really recognizes himself/herself and also becomes himself/herself. And if he/she does everything attentively and consciously, and starts fathoming and understanding and accepting himself/herself, who, how and what he/she really is, then in himself/herself he/she will perceive, feel, understand and accept, that this is effectively the whole truth about himself/herself.
The human being may search and find the way to himself/herself and to his/her inner part, and learn to understand that his/her inner world must fundamentally determine what he/she does in the external world. It must not be the other way around, that the external world determines his/her inner world, consequently he/she does not make to his/her inner life, that which he/she externally experiences and lives. Fundamentally, what ‘highly educated' psychologists and psychiatrists claim is complete imbecility and nonsense, namely that the internal world of the human being determines that which is experienced in the external world, and that therefore everything external determines the relationships and happenings of the life of the human being, because that is not true, rather it not only corresponds to the unknowledge of the psychologist-psychiatrist's guild, but effectively to an idiocy. Contrary to the irrational and confused claims and wrong explanations regarding this of psychology and psychiatry, the symptoms of the physical body are not the mirror and the consequence of the inner condition of the human being, therefore it cannot be concluded from this that the decisive changes take place in the inner world. Truthly, the course for the external world cannot and will not be set in the inner world, consequently it is completely wrong to assert that the principle is "as inside, so outside" and that life follows this law. This is absolute nonsense, because the inner world of the human being is of a good nature and built up according to the creational-natural laws, which are laid out, 'that the human being be good and conscious of the laws of the Creation', so that he/she should follow the creational-natural laws and recommendations, which are not given by a god, but by the nature of the Creation, which is acting throughout the entire universe.
And this nature of the Creation – where the Creation corresponds to the all-embracing universal spirit energy – is ever-present and active in the inner world of the human being, and indeed even if it is suppressed by the outer world of the human being, only that at this moment it acts in the underground and therefore cannot penetrate to the outside. And this inner and true creational-natural nature of the human being cannot act and penetrate to the outside, i.e. not into the outer world and thus into the thoughts, the world of feelings and actions of the human being, if he/she does not allow this and forms and realizes his/her thoughts, feelings, and actions according to his/her external environment and its manifold machinations, etc. Thus, he/she does not form everything in his/her inner world, which is creational-naturally determined, equalized, good and harmonious, but in his/her outer world. This means that he/she usually unconsciously influences his/her superficial consciousness and thus, of course, determines his/her thoughts, feelings, deeds, wishes, desires and eagerness, etc., which in truth form his/her outer world, which does not conform to the inner world. And all this misery comes about through a wrong upbringing and missing self-education, as well as by wrong external instructions, influences and practical experiences, living experiences, ideas, indoctrinations, environmental influences as well as imaginations. Therethrough the outer world is being formed, which in no wise has anything to do with the inner world, which is absolutely and in any case untouchable and cannot be negatively influenced by the outer world. Thus the inner nature always remains in the same creational-natural state, and indeed also even if it is suppressed by the outer world, i.e. by the external influences of the thoughts and feelings as well as by the psyche. Consequently, it is then possible at any time, if the outer world is revised and everything is developmentally changed to the best and good, that the inner world very quickly becomes active outwardly and can transform and direct it into the positive. In a certain sense, therefore, it is only possible to speak of the inside and outside when the talk is of an inside-to-outside change, and if it is spoken about in relation to the fact that the inside sets the course for the outside, whereby however the inside doesn’t represent the inner world, but only – figuratively speaking – the storage and the smithy of the outer world and thus for the external modes of action and behavior.
It is only in this sense, if this inside is assumed, can it be said, "as inside, so outside," not however from the nature of the inner world, because this is of purely creational-natural form and absolutely taboo against all external influences of any kind. And this corresponds to an absolutely incontrovertible creational-natural principle.
All that has been explained must be understood by the human being and he/she must now decide to bestir himself/herself, and instruct himself/herself in this respect through his/her own thoughts and begin to experience and to live the effective truth of what has been explained. He/she thus endows himself/herself with the greatest values of his/her understanding, whereby however it is also absolutely necessary that he/she penetrates deep into his/her inner world, which lies deeper in him/her than the inside, which is only a part of his/her outer world and a sub-level of it. So henceforth he/she must make an effort, to regularly search for the way into his/her creational-natural inner world, to go the way and to clear it for the inner world, to be able to take effect outwardly in the outside world. He/she has to concern himself/herself with all the decisive things and make himself/herself happy and satisfied in his/her thoughts and feelings as well as free himself/herself from his/her messed-up past, which he/she has constantly made his/her present up to now and has not let go of. The past is past and must remain past, so the human being must only ask important questions to himself/herself, such as what he/she now wants to undertake and do, in order to get out of the mess of his/her unhappiness and unsatisfaction, as well as, how everything must now proceed. And under 'important questions to ask to oneself', it must not and cannot be understood, 'to ask oneself important questions of oneself', because that is really not meant. It is only correct 'to ask important questions to oneself', i.e. 'important questions, which he/she has to ask to himself/herself', without putting a oneself in front of 'important questions', because 'to ask important questions to oneself' means that the human being, precisely observes, from a higher perspective, as an external observer, quasi in a neutral form, his/her outer world and its inside, perceives everything, assesses it neutrally and also neutrally changes it to the better, good and positive.
If, however, it were to be said, 'consequently he/she only asks himself/herself important questions to himself/herself', then this would not mean any neutral external observation, realization and perception, but the whole then corresponds to a self-recognition process, i.e. a self-cognition, which is to be defined as cognition concerning one's own person and the character as well as with regard to certain capabilities and errors, etc. The opinion is thus based on the fact that the human being 'asks important questions to himself/herself', and indeed with regard to that which he/she perceives, recognizes and observes on and in himself/herself with reference to his/her external world and its inside. Therefore, the whole procedure in this respect is equal to that, if the human being, for example, observes, watches and perceives an object, a human being, an animal or creature, an insect, or anything else in a neutral wise, of what nature everything is, and so forth, in order to analyze, to assess, and to value it, etc. So it must be clear that he/she does not ask himself/herself questions to himself/herself, because that would mean exactly what must not be and should not be, namely, that he/she 'asks questions about himself/herself' and not 'questions to himself/herself' and thus carries out a self-cognition process, instead of realizing as a neutral observer, what is going on in his/her outer world and its inner form. It must be clear, therefore, that he/she does not ask himself/herself questions to himself/herself, but only asks questions to himself/herself, by realizing from a higher observational vantage point, so to speak, what erroneous actions he/she commits and what wrong modes of behavior he/she is subject to. To ask questions to oneself therefore means, to perceive and to come to know what is going on and constantly brewing in the human being and in his/her inside as an inner part of his/her outer world, which again penetrates to the outside and determines his/her actions and his/her modes of behavior. And if he/she recognizes and can define these manifold factors, then he/she can, consciously and in a positive wise, slowly but surely influence one by one, and transform them to the best and good. The next step is then – if he/she brings his/her inside of his/her outer world under control –, that he/she turns to his/her true inner nature, i.e. his/her creational-natural inner world, delves into it and consciously brings the relevant values, which he/she wins from it, into the outer world, into his/her ongoing thoughts and feelings as well as in his/her actions and his/her modes of behavior and in this wise developmentally changes everything to the positive.
Henceforth, it is therefore necessary for the human being to no longer burden himself/herself with the past and thus with all that which has been causing him/her grief, problems and worries since his/her childhood and youth and has not let him/her find the right life-way, but has let him/her sink into unhappiness and unsatisfaction. It is now necessary to move forwards, to live in the present and to live into the future as well. And in this wise, the human being must only live his/her life and make it alive in himself/herself, so that it grips him/her to the marrow, with and through everything which makes him/her happy and satisfied in the present and future. So every day he/she has to take enough time for himself/herself, to consciously ask important questions to himself/herself, namely how and what and who he/she really is in his/her demolished, unhappy and unsatisfied condition – and how, what and who he/she effectively wants to be. He/she has to take enough time every day, and he/she has to ask these important questions to himself/herself, because he/she must learn to know how, what and who he/she really is. The human being can choose himself/herself the time for these important questions and their assessment every day, be it in the morning, be it at noon or evening or at any time during the day, because he/she always finds time therefor, when he/she wants it really consciously. It does not have to be an hour each time, rather it can simply be five or ten, fifteen or twenty minutes each time, nevertheless it gradually brings him/her success, cognitions and slowly but surely inner peace as well as freedom. So may he/she also allow himself/herself to seclude into silence for a while, in his/her daily spare time and also on weekends and holidays and to be entirely alone with himself/herself, be it in his/her room or in the free nature, in order, on the one hand, to ask to himself/herself important questions, or on the other hand, in order to concentratedly penetrate into his/her inner world and to explore it, to then allow the cognitions won to penetrate outwardly into the outer world. In this way, he/she can consciously reform, reshape and utilize his/her modes of action and behavior and gradually create happiness and satisfaction in himself/herself. So, in this wise, he/she consciously dedicates himself/herself to the essential, namely in particular his/her relationship to himself/herself and to his/her own life.
From this time on, the human being must now cultivate the important questions to himself/herself, because they must be a part of his/her life, because by sporadically posing important questions to himself/herself, about what is going on in himself/herself, how, what and who he/she is and how he/she handles and understands everything, he/she always knows where he/she stands with himself/herself. And in this wise, he/she also learns to understand that his/her life is something infinitely precious and a priceless treasure, a gem that he/she can consciously radiate through his/her healthy thoughts and feelings and his/her newly obtained happiness and his/her satisfaction. In this, he/she must always be clear – which must be repeated from time to time –, that he/she is for himself/herself the most important human being in his/her life, and as such he/she deserves it, that he/she always, and as it is possible for him/her, takes rest and time for himself/herself, to ask important questions to himself/herself and also to find the right answers to them. For this purpose, it is also recommended to him/her, that he/she thereby carries out regular appropriate meditations, which he/she can determine and form at his/her own discretion, whereby however he/she should not use forms which are based in belief, but make use of the corresponding forms of reality. And this is so because he himself/she herself is not a product of belief neither are his/her life and the existence, but rather a living human being who leads an effective material life in the existent existence, who, all alone according to his/her own will, forms and directs it through his/her consciousness and his/her thoughts and feelings. He/she must be equally clear and conscious of it, because this cognition and the thereout resulting knowledge, contribute, amongst various others things, to the fact that the human being can change his/her life fundamentally to the good and positive. The whole thing done and carried out according to all that as it is described to him/her, belongs to all the effective things which he/she finds in himself/herself and by which he/she can developmentally change to the good, happiness and satisfaction, if he/she asks the necessary important questions to himself/herself and finds the necessary answers from this. These are then the questions which help him/her to the right action and behavior in his/her outer world and thus also to a new direction in his/her life, whereby he/she leaves behind and dissolves all the miserable and bad things as well as all the burdensome life-problems, which have made his/her life, out of the bad influences from his/her past, to the psychological horror and to the unhappiness and unsatisfaction.
But to do all this and to carry it through as well as to achieve all the best, good and positive, he himself/she herself has to consciously take the responsibility and also really bear it and fulfill it, because only therethrough does he/she really overcome his/her wrong, negative and bad thoughts and feelings, through which he/she has tumbled away – powerless to act – up until now, because he/she has simply let himself/herself go uncontrolled.
It is now for the human being finally the time, in which he/she must open his/her thoughts and feelings for his/her new life, however he/she must also be clear and conscious that all that which he/she finds as an answer through his/her important questions to himself/herself, he/she must realize in a good and positive kind and wise. This however affects everything that he/she perceives in the inner part of his/her outer world as well as in his/her body, in all his/her relationships in and to himself/herself, as well as to the fellow human beings, the nature and its fauna and flora as well as to the whole environment. And he/she must also be aware, that in an unconscious wise, he himself/she herself has created and drawn everything to himself/herself, it is therefore not any fellow human beings or the environment that has stamped the unhappiness and the unsatisfaction on him/her. Even if he/she has had a wrong upbringing, in the end it was he himself/she herself, who has formed himself/herself unhappy and unsatisfied, because he/she has simply let himself/herself defiantly or glumly go, just as he/she also did not make an effort in his/her puberty-time to carry out his/her own education, which would have been extremely important. And the fact that this would have been very important, this he/she did not know of course, because that was not explained to him/her through his/her up-bringing in childhood, consequently he/she also could not know, what he/she has done and thus brought about harm to himself/herself and thus also included those fellow human beings therein, who were close to him/her and are still close to him/her. Because of his/her self-condemning thinking, which has formed him/her since his/her youth, he/she has become a victim of himself/herself as well as of his/her fellow human beings and of life, and this strengthens his/her own condemnation against himself/herself as well as against his/her fellow human beings, his/her life and destiny, consequently his/her thoughts and feelings with regard to himself/herself and towards the whole environment center around an existence of being a victim. Thus, it is the thoughts and feelings of the human being towards and about himself/herself, his/her life and destiny and his/her fellow human beings, through which he/she is unhappy and unsatisfied in his/her external world and in its inner part, makes his/her wrong ideas, likewise chooses his/her wrong words, commits the wrong actions and shows wrong modes of behavior.
And this he/she has already been doing for a very long time, usually since his/her childhood, and with that he/she terrorizes himself/herself and his/her environment, into which he/she sowed bad and terrible things a long time ago, which he/she is reaping in the form of his/her unhappiness and unsatisfaction. But, exactly this the human being must learn to recognize and understand, which he/she can only do, however, by asking important questions to himself/herself in such a wise, in order to thereby recognize his/her damages in the inner part of his/her outer world and to correct them in a good and positive wise. He/she must recognize, realize and understand everything regarding this, then create energies and powers in himself/herself, in his/her thoughts and feelings, which he/she uses and sends out into his/her entire outer world of all his/her impulsations. He/she must take and developmentally change everything to the best and good, which he/she finds weak and bad in the inner part of his/her outer world, in order to then replace it with all the best, good and positive from his/her creational-natural inner world, in order to become happy and satisfied. As such, the human being must be his/her own creator and take and utilize every good energy form and power from his/her creational-natural inner world, in order to manifest it in his/her outer world and its inner part. Thus, on the one hand, he/she gains all the high and positive values from his/her true innermost and creational-natural Wesen, which is his/her effective inner world, and on the other hand, his/her life as such is thereby provided with health, peace, freedom, happiness, harmony and confidence as well as satisfaction. So the whole thing means that his/her life itself heals in every kind and wise, every life-sickness, all want/lack/deficiency and unpeace, every disharmony, depression and heaviness fade away and that all these terrible things are replaced by true happiness, harmony, lightness and satisfaction.
Now, if the human being acknowledges all that which is right and rational and decides to do it, and to see himself/herself as a valueful human being, as all things are explained to him/her, then he/she can only win. From now on, he/she must make an upright effort to be his/her own creator in an absolutely conscious wise, as is fundamentally pre-given to him/her by the nature of the Creation in his/her innermost nature, in his/her inner world. And if he/she does this, then he/she frees himself/herself from his/her life-long well-cared-for victim-consciousness and becomes a self-creative, free human being.
In other words, this means that from now on, he/she must take over, bear and exert his/her own creator-responsibility of anything and everything, that he/she gets to know in himself/herself by asking the important questions to himself/herself. And he/she must also perceive and implement the creator’s responsibility for everything, so the quality of his/her whole life, as well as what he/she finds in his/her life itself as well, be it with regard to his/her body, his/her thoughts, feelings and the psyche, his/her ideas, requirements and desires as well as concerning his/her relationship to himself/herself, to the fellow human beings, nature and its fauna and flora and the environment as a whole. From now on, the human being has to be ready to take his/her life consciously and lovingly into his/her own hands, to direct it and to make the best possible out of it. And if he/she does so, then he himself/she herself thereby opens a gate to a way that leads him/her out of the powerlessness of dependence on his/her most messed up thoughts and feelings as well as the demolished psyche and into the freedom of happiness and satisfaction. He/she has to build up his/her own creative power, perceive it more and more, transform it into reality and thus create a new, good and positive as well as free, happy and satisfied life, that lets him/her live an all-around fulfilled life in equalisedness, peace, freedom, harmony and love.
