Humanity is a catchphrase of our time. From Duden the term means: 'Humaneness; high convictions, humane convictions'. In the Wahrig German dictionary the following statement can be found: 'Humanism: Strive after genuine humaneness, after noble, decent life and thinking. Humanity: Genuine humaneness, sense for the good and noble in the human beings, Humaneness, human nature, noble shape, fine taste, feeling for decency and custom.'
In the many petitions for development assistance, in advertisements, in speeches of high public officials, with the Pope and in the media; simply almost everywhere this word is to be found, mostly in the connection or as a rule with calls for donation and the term love for the next one. Humanity is used as enticement, because entirely automatically it awakens in the human beings a form of conscientiousness. Depending on purpose it then brings forth a guilty conscience, euphoria, self-sacrifice, piety and so on.
That this much-praised humaneness however is nevertheless to be found today only in a few places, is indeed clear to many human beings. That however with the utilization and the dissemination of catchphrases such as love for the next one, humaneness and brotherliness, etc., a reason is found, precisely in order to brotherly-egoistically exploit and again enslave and to subjugate the next human beings, which then however many do not want to recognize and refuse the truth about. Nevertheless which however is so, that daily innumerable examples prove. Precisely development assistance of all kinds, whose prime fulfillment therein must lie, real distressed ones of those to grant assistance grants, that would make it possible for them, to autonomously work themselves out from their hardship, brings forth precisely the opposite. Under the cloak of the humaneness and love for the next one they penetrate into foreign countries and forcefully impose on the indigent and those affected their way of life and their technology. With that, they then believe, they have then done their part, however the distressed ones precisely as a result only yet more in hardship and misery, because they additionally still in dependence to foreign ones and consequently will be raised with the lack of independence. An equally negative example is the imperious 'Holy Man in Rome', who, living well-fed and in the luxury and abundance, stubbornly disseminates his irrational teaching in slums and hunger-stricken areas: 'Love and multiply.' Also to him it goes not around humaneness or love for the next one, but rather solely and exclusively around propaganda and profit. State officials, politicians and might-having ones of all kinds with the word humaneness propose only thus in order to themselves, pursue however only their own egoistic and profit-demanding intentions. The benefit of their fellow human beings is to them at the same time completely of no matter.
About 'humanity' is by the majority of the human beings something entirely wrongly understood and lived, than what it in actuality is. Thus for the example the word forgiving and mildness often then wrongly-wise goes along with the thoughts in terms of humaneness, when malicious or deliberate murderers, rapists, pathological craving-criminals and criminals of humanity must be sentenced. The so-called humaneness is gladly and often construed often from purely egoistic reasons of the day. For the example so many can themselves therewith boast, how much they have donated to relief organizations and how nicely they however in the reasons are taken - and above all they can thereby assuage their conscience. Or it happens, that human beings toward everything from honorable 'humaneness' are to such an extent lenient and forgiving, that they themselves are thereby exploited and neglected. Also wrong pity or a guilty conscience are reasons, that would lead to the false humanitarianism and consequently to the destructive factor. All the many religions and sects etc., bear for this the principal culpability, who proclaim the well-being of the humanity in the full submissiveness, in the self-deception and in the positive-Ausgearteten and that have a horrendous intake. The second cause, which however also again in religious teachings is to find, is the belief in destiny. Human beings expect their life and everything which is connected with it as God- or destiny-determined, because they only see themselves as puppets in a predetermined play. Therefore when something befalls them, whether good or evil, then that comes from their view always only from the outside, not however from out of themselves and not from one's own culpability and bringing about. Thus their belief is in accordance with the happiness given and the suffering imposed on them (if one however even considers, how much time the dear master god therewith spends, to distribute joys and sufferings always again newly on 6 thousand million human beings; whether to it there is still something left, in order to balance out the Earth and the universe?).
With this attitude believers of fate and religion therefore do not need to render thoughts about the disastrous things of this world, because they simply tell themselves, that that would already have its reason, and that into hardship fallen ones have possibly previously not been 'good'. They also do not come on the idea, that somethings in their own life they are able to change themselves and to persist therefore in a rather egoistical passive attitude (however also only so long as it to them goes better, i.e. so long as it with them means the better destiny). Therewith should now however not be said, that there are not also among religious human beings real and truthful human beings, who live after good principles and take their belief very seriously. No, because fundamentally it also behaves thus in such groupings, as in all others, because everywhere there are good and bad human beings, in every grouping, in every religion, in every country, with all people of the Earth. Most ones are it also only a few less, who are to such an extent negatively ausgeartet, that they through their maliciousness and badness are able to cast not only themselves, but also their environment into the destruction. Because they are ausgeartet, shy away from such human beings, however, no means (help), in order to achieve their pernicious fulfillments, and they back away from no one still therefore characterlessly exploit and offend. They are able to achieve their lousy fulfillments however only thereby, because precisely after the slogan the majority of the earth population lives: Live and let live.
However precisely this attitude amounts to a culpability, that each individual human being loads on him/herself. Live and let live is precisely gladly interpreted as generosity and tolerance toward the next one, because one mingles oneself indeed not in the issues of another one. Thus everyone also finds the authorization, to live his/her own life after desire and mood, however nobody cares about the remainder of the world. Live and let live means namely, that everything outside of the one's own person and family and near environment purely has nothing to do at all with one's own self. Thereon arises very quickly an indifference, that simply lets allow and provides assistance for further development and getting out of control of all disastrous things. To really help however, in a 'live and help to live' (quote by Billy), hardly anyone thinks in real and humanitarian form.
True humanity entails firmness, exactly the same as also the kindheartedness and love. A necessary firmness however that the most human beings do not bring in connection with humaneness. As previously mentioned, for them humanity is paired with charity, wrong love for the next one and easing of conscience, although the events of the day however only too much clarify, wherein precisely these lead to wrongly attempted advocacy and the supposed kindheartedness. Certain advocacies or instructions would surely be sufficient there, where they bring ausartende human beings to rationality, however they are there completely lacking at the place, where Ausartung, Gewalt and criminality against body and life prevail. Gewalt is not overcome with charity, which is why a true humanity also requires the consequence, to react with necessary more to become logical Gewalt. Real humanitarian process would mean for example, that a war, that demands many innocent lives, immediately and if necessary with Gewalt is prevented and ceased. The human rights must by human-worthy means be rigorously defended, established and preserved. It is not humane, simply to watch (like however responsible organizations like e.g. the UN does this), like human beings in great numbers are slaughtered, violated, plundered from, tortured and massacred, but rather it is of benefit to the murdering ones and all evil ones as a result of non-intervention. The weakened wrong humanists still collect donation funds for all the misery, in order to take hold of the war-participant states still more under the arms, because donations of all kinds has been proven to not get to the war victims and therefore to the innocent ones, but rather as a rule to the war-participants themselves and to the command-having ones, who thereby receive nourishment and weapons, in order to be able to endlessly continue the war.
If there would be true humanity, thus the striving after genuine humaneness, determine and guide the works of humanity, then would be peace, freedom, love and concord among the human beings, there would be no overpopulation, no destruction of the environment, no war, no stranger- and racial-hatred, neither terror and murder, nor hunger, misery, hardship and injustice.
But because the human beings no longer know, to what and why he/she actually lives, because he/she does not recognize his/her tasks and duties, as a result the picture of the Earth today looks so terrible, and as a result we all stand on the edge of an abyss. If indeed the human being has even recognized, that he/she as the only life form that is able, autonomously to think and to act and consequently always further to develop him/herself, but he/she uses this cognition and his/her ability only thereto, lead to wars and to destroy everything. He/She uses everything egoistically and wrongly for him/herself and against nature and its laws. He/She separates him/herself away from the life cycle and him/herself makes the Earth subservient in more destructive, unworthy of human and life wise.
True humanity must have for the fulfillment, that all human beings can live, equally whichever nation and race, in peace, freedom, humaneness, equality and fairness. Genuine humanity however entails not only of the true humaneness among human beings, but rather towards the animals and plants and the planet, and it carries all factors in itself, that constitute the real, the actual human beings. The human beings does not live on this world, in order to simply lead an existence in the lap of luxury, and already not even, in order to eliminate the nature, all life and the entire Earth in his/her megalomania or in order to leave the future generations a leached out, burned or destroyed 'homeland'!
The human being refers to him/herself but so gladly as 'Crown of the Creation'. Surely, the human being is the highest developed life-form of the Earth, and he/she has as the only life form with the capability and the possibility of the autonomy, of the logical and further-leading thinking, however these capabilities are not simply senselessly given to him/her. Just precisely because he/she in one's own task can think, have free rein and direct, it lies in him/herself, to let his/her capabilities be for the boon instead of for the bane of the life. The human being is the guardian of the Earth: He/she either makes the Earth into the paradise or he/she eliminates it - however the responsibility lies only with him/her.
A gigantic, creational power has let the universe, the stars, the Earth, all life and therefore also the human beings become. Nature harmonizes in ur-eternal logical and wise laws. Also the human being is a part of this nature, and like every other life he/she also has a determined task for him/her to fulfill. He/She must ultimately recognize or further recognize this, therewith he/she is able to embed him/herself again into the laws of nature, whose effect he/she namely must accomplish, when he/she wants to be of the righteous life. As a conscious-thinking life form, as crown of the Creation, he is the guardian and protector of the Earth and all its life forms; this task and duty only applies to him/her. The honorful duty passed in first-ever line therein, that he/she recognizes the natural laws and follows and thereby to the real, truthful human beings become and therewith to the law of nature fulfiller and guardian for all life. Only while he/she his/her homeland, the Earth, and all life in responsibility and in humaneness protects, bears and cultivates, can he/she develop him/herself further. Humanity means thus also law of nature fulfillment in the neutral-positive, in equalizedness, in love and respect, for the protection and for the cultivation of all life, which therefore calls, that the human being should fulfill his/her duty as human being with joy and dignity, in sole responsibility and out of love to all life.
Be humane and live humanely means: Live and help to live. Therefore a human being thus is, who perceives in a fine-fluidal wise true and genuine humaneness, advocates and lets prevail, immediately and inexorably intervenes there, where another's human rights, laws of nature, life forms of all kinds etc. are endangered, threatened, harmed or destroyed. The human beings' task lies therein, the equalizedness, which is existing in the laws of nature, to preserve and to further.
Human being, true humanity begins with yourself and it extends itself not only on your family and on your people, but rather on all life, on the entirety of humanity, however also on plants and animals and the nature overall. Take to you the nature as example, and you will see, that it in all its created creations lets come to the same love, the same opportunities and the same firmness. It favors none of its creatures, because it recognizes no preference given to someone or something.
The striving for true humaneness begins with you entirely alone, while you awaken in you the wish for peace, freedom, equality, fairness and for equalizedness. Every human being yearns themselves namely secretly thereafter, and this yearning you must let become more perceptible in you, therewith you thereon prepare yourself, to let it in fact be. Humaneness demands from you, that you concede to every other life the same human rights as yourself, and that you also care about yourself, that also your next one can humanely live. You have to concede to every other human being the same peace, the same freedom, humaneness, equality and fairness, as you took yourself. And you have to let grant this in fairness to every human being and every other life, while you recognize the creational and thus the Wesen of the Creation in your counterpart or in every other life. All human beings and other life forms are equivalent, no human being and no other life is better or less than another. Even when the human being is the highest life form, he/she has to respect all life of every kind and form. This obligation applies to him/her alone already through the fact, that he is a human being.
If you therefore would like, that peace, freedom, humaneness, equality and fairness as well as love prevail among the human beings and all the life, then begins with you to form everything to the human-worthy. Recognize your task and what it means, to live in true humaneness. That is the hardest work, however also of the worthiest value. Only in you can you become a true human being yourself, and indeed while thoroughly studying and becoming acquainted with yourself. Look at however also always again to the nature and its laws, because therefrom you can also recognize also your own laws, because you indeed live after them, whether you now know that with certainty or not. Thereby you are also able to recognize, that in every other human being and in every other life form the same natural laws work as in yourself. It is precisely this fact, that makes all human beings and all other to life equivalent. It may also differentiate itself in the form, in the task and in the ability from each other, thus however all life lives after the same nature-based requirements and regulations.
No matter, what each human being in the course of his/her life makes out of him/herself, he/she remains to his/her Wesen and his/her task always in accordance with life form human being. This fact however already demands respect from you towards your next one. It is thereby no matter, whether one has exhibited a bad character or whether he/she had a terrible youth-time; another in turn happily and blamelessly grew up and had good opportunities, him/herself to advance as another. No human being knows, why to one precisely is so, how he/she precisely is, however he/she can learn, to have esteem for the fellow human being and all other life forms as well as their developmental process.
When you therefore meet a human being, who is not pleasant to you or who you simply do not like, then you remember thereon, that he/she is nevertheless a human being. This fact alone wrestles respect from you, even when it is your counterpart who should act like a depraved human being. Thereby you admonish yourself at the same time, refrain to establish before your own complacent feeling-impulses, and you will draw therefore also no more than quick hasty conclusions about another human being - only because perhaps his/her nose does not please you.
It is no single human being only good or only bad, because it is always both existing, however in the one or other finds its expression more or less. Through the knowledge, that each human being carries real human characteristics in him/herself, namely the natural human Wesen, which is free from character inabilities, vices, problems and other unvalues, you yourself save many aggressions and confusion in yourself. You can coerce no one, to be thus, as you would gladly have them, however you can give to everyone to understand, that you the human in him/her seek or see. That will effect very much in the next one and will in him/her encourage the thinking, even if that perhaps does not become more visible for many years. Through your respecting attitude you do yourself also good, because with the time you notice more, that you are no more and no less value yourself than any other human being also, provided that you make a real effort, to be a human being.
This knowledge makes you more modest and more calm and it enables you, step-by-step to discard wrong feelings such as jealousy, envy and claims for might etc., because you indeed have the inner freedom, to steer yourself anywhere. You have it in the hand yourself, what out of you becomes. No other human beings were given, what he/she has, and thus also not to you. Why therefore be envious or resentful about, that another can be more? It is naturally often very challenging, to remain loyal to this principle, because always again old and bad habits break out with yourself through, whims and moods, that again want to displace the work on yourself. Remain loyal to you, ask you always again thereafter, whether your thoughts are still humane and seek in everything the humane. Admit for all the others the same right and help him/her to live. When you thus proceed, then remains to you entirely no more time, to see only ever the errors of others and them therefore to condemn, because you are occupied with yourself. Only while you high work on you to be the real human being, then you will be capable, to be fair to the life, because you learn respect, honor in dignity, love and responsibility towards you and in relation to all other life. When you however think, 'why should I therefore strain myself and endeavor, when but the remainder of the world is wicked, egoistical and arrogant', then consider once a daisy on the roads edge: It is small and more unimposing, but it cares itself not about, whether it is perceived by you or not. It flowers and is beautiful of its own accord, for itself and for that environment, that it also itself takes joy in, and it lives both in itself and to relative absolute full development in harmony with the law of the life, with which it accomplishes its part in the configuration of nature.
One is not free,
who is able to want to do,
what he/she wants,
but rather one is free,
who can want that,
which he/she should do.
