We all know our lives are a mixture of happiness and sorrows, we do have our own shares of ups and downs, but is it what we deserve? No, we deserve beyond it, we deserve "living"
Now you all must be wondering "ki jee toh hum abhi v rhe h" but is that what we call living? We are far away from future and has preceeded our past but are we living our present?
Future's tension consisting of career goals, job promotion, happy marriage, family growth, financial aids, kids schooling, parenting etc.
Past's tension consisting of Ex's betrayal, trust issues, family dissapointment, failures.
Somewhere we are in between both the sides pissed off completely. Do we actually need to pay a huge price for happiness?
Ye khushi humhe konse bazar mein milegi? kitne rupyee mein milegi? kitna quantity m milegi? kya ye sufficient hogi life ke end tak sath nibhane ke liye?
(PS: By the way I'm talking about khushi=Happiness and na hi koi random girl, so ladke control yourself aise human body k form wali khushi market mein available nahi h :p)
Before you guys rush into this race and acheive a gold medal, let me tell you you're still a looser. I know folks saying is easy, but to actually implement and to live with it is the most difficult part to face. But is it more difficult than to live with all the pressures?
Mein ye nahi bol rahi ki put a mask of happiness on your face and die from within that would be even more worse than a heartattack.
Let me give you a very easy solution to all your problems i.e; "STOP OVERTHINKING"
YES!! You've read that right...Beta hum Indians hein...School ke rules break krne se leke Traffic ke signal break krne tak We'hv all grown up..Then why dont we break this chain of overthinking which connects our past to our present to our future? Kyu ki rules break krne m hi toh maza hai then why are we ruining our life and allowing this chain to overpower us?
Ok People i guess I'm sounding more like a philosopher.. So let me supress my philosophy within me and actually get practical.
Ab mein suna ne ja rhi hu ek mahapurush ki kahani jisse 99.9% (Dettol killing germs ki baat nahi kar rahi :p) Indians jante honge, None other than the great doctor..............................................
Munna Bhai MBBS je ha dosto ye hai khalnayak... This movie released in 2003 left a great impact on the Indian audience and if I'm not wrong even the people abroad appreciated it. I know getting influenced with a picture is temporary but inspiring is not. A dialogue "Bhai, tension nahi lene ka bhai" (Kya mein ab movie critic bann gayi, i guess I have multiple sides of me which will soon be disclosed) should'nt be taken for granted. All you should take for granted is the power of overthinking which is overpowering you.
Letting things go with the flow reduces temperment, emotions, and brings a sense of feeling light and healthy from inside. Usage of mind in overpowering your problems and husstles would'nt solve it, instead creates a sense of distress physically & emotionally.
Life isn't asking you either to run away from your problems because it will pile up the stock in your head, all it is asking you is to minimize the unnecessary problems created by you due to overthinking and to focus on the actual problem and solve with maturity. "Khushiya zyada dur nahi"
Chalo agar mein apni alg-alg talented sides dikha hi rahi hu toh "actual problems" and "unnecessary problems" m kya difference h wo mathematical way mein smjhati hu. To be frank i'm poor at maths, but agar problems ki baat ho hi rahi hai toh maths kaise peeche reh sakta h?
So, to begin with:
1. Ex's betrayal + Will i loose weight = UNNECESSARY PROBLEM
(past incident)+(future fear) = LOSE MINDSET
2. Failing in your dream project + Hurting someone who actually cares for you = ACTUAL PROBLEM
(present incident) + (present situation) = DEAL WITH IT
These were the basic equations of life which can lead you to the path of happiness.
After showing you my philosphy, movie critic and mathematical talent, I would like to sign off. Hope this was helpful, and apologies seeking if i went wrong anywhere or i missed my plot as this was my first time writing blog, was just trying to help you adding pinch of comic. Will soon unreveal other talents too in the upcoming blogs :p
Do shower some love <3
THANK YOU : )
