Step 1: Take ingredients

Groats buckwheat - 160 grams
Mushrooms - 100 grams
Pork meat - 100 grams
Marinated vegetables - (peppers, onions, carrots)

Step 2:

Begin cooking buckwheat.
At 160 grams of of groats, pour 320 ml of water.
Once the water is boiling, boil for approximately 5 minutes
Next turn off the stove, a sausepan cover with lid and wait for about 20 minutes.
Buckwheat is ready.

Step 3:

Take the meat and put in a pan and fry for about 10 minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.
Then add 0.5 cups of water and simmer for about 20 minutes.  Then put the marinated vegetables and fry for about 5 minutes. Then add to the pan our buckwheat porridge and simmer everything for about 5 minutes.
