What Cicero said more than 2000 years ago is still relevant today
Marcus Tullius Cicero (106 BC – 43 BC) was a Roman Statesman, orator, lawyer and philosopher. He served as consul in 63 BC. He was one of Rome’s greatest orators and prose stylists, who introduced the Greek school of philosophy and created a Latin philosophical vocabulary. His influence on the Latin language is so impactful that influenced the generations of scholars in Latin and almost all the European languages up to the 20th century. His philosophical teaching is so powerful, even now we can see of his saying have been frequently exchanged in the various social media circles.

- The soldier – protects both
- The taxpayer – pays for all three
