Nothing can escape death...
.....therefore it must be thought about and it also must be understood,
The certainty of death is absolute, and that is a fact that the human being must deal with, be it sooner or later. It is good if this happens early on in life and throughout it again and again, because nobody knows, insofar as when it is time for him/her, that one must make one's last exit from the current life. As old as the world and the whole universe have become, no living creature and absolutely nothing can be shown, nevertheless, which would be immortal and imperishable. It is in the nature of all matter and of all existence in general, that all things must pass, even the Creation Universal Consciousness, which, after 311,040,000,000,000 years, passes again, lies itself in a slumber and developmentally changes to a new creational form. Even the sleep and the death of the human being and of all living creatures in general are to be equated to such a slumber. Through the sleep in the current life, new energies and thereout resulting new powers are collected, whereby through death the spirit-form changes over into its realm of the otherworld and further evolves. This, while the consciousness-block is taken in/absorbed by the otherworldly overall consciousness-block created by the spirit-form and converted into pure neutral energy, from which a new consciousness-block with a new personality is created and is born together with the rebirth of the spirit-form on the 21st day after conception into a new human body.
With regard to the human being, as to all material life forms in general, it lies in the nature of his/her body, that he/she is not only impermanent and thus mortal, but also very vulnerable. It makes no difference whether the human being belongs to this or that race or belief orientation, what he/she looks like and what language he/she speaks, what activity he/she pursues or whether he/she is pretty or ugly, big or small, rich or poor. For all, death is unavoidable, and so over the short or long life, everyone already goes toward it from birth. No one can turn away from it and avoid it. No human being can buy one's way out of it, not with gold or gems and not even with millions or billions, not with health, good physical energy and power, not with pleas, prayer or flattery. Death is unbribable, because it is based in a creational-natural law, in which nothing and no one has any influence in the sense that it could be changed or abrogated by any means.
When the human being is stricken by a deadly illness, then many fall prey to anxiety and go into a depression. Of course, then doctors are also consulted, and it is asked for help and healing, which actually is quite natural, but if a healing is no longer possible, then some seek refuge in quacks as well as in religious and sectarian beliefs, prayers and begging, which usually however does not help either. Thus, then the anxiety continues to rise steadily and promotes the disease even more, in which case the life is shortened all the more, which without anxiety would last much longer still. However, all this anxiety about dying and the unavoidable death can be countered with good, healthy and pertinent thoughts and feelings, if therewith the human being carefully studies in depth in a thought-feeling-based wise already in youth and to that effect again and again in adulthood. The thoughts and feelings about dying and death can thereby be processed in a very good and valueful wise through a relevant meditation, through which neither a thought-feeling-based uncalmness nor a discomfort arises, as well as that which is absolutely unavoidable no longer represents a threat. The whole of the thought- and feeling-world adjusts itself thereupon, and everything is understood as an unavoidable necessity of the fact that new life arises through death. The death, also referred to as the death-life, is like a deep sleep in the realm of the other world of the overall consciousness-block, namely with regard to a developmental change to a new life, to a new consciousness and a new personality and thus to a new human life.
Normally, no human being knows the time of his/her death, unless a special knowledge makes this possible. Any rational-talented human being who thinks about death, knows, however, that he/she will be called by it from his/her current life, and he/she knows that this can be at any time, and in indeed inevitably. Thus, no one can guarantee that life will be short or long, because the ongoing determinations that arise in daily life, bring forth everything in accordance with the regulations and everything works in accordance with these. This means that the constantly newly arising life-based as well as environmental circumstances determine everything, so even the slightest reason, an error, an illness, an accident or even a food or a medicine, etc., can bring about the fact that the current life must suddenly be abandoned by the onset of death.
The fact, in connection with death, which the human being must come to grips with, is that the body, when once it is dead, cannot be regenerated again and the escaped spirit-form as well as the consciousness-block and its personality cannot return into it again. With death, also all physical energies and their powers disappear, consequently the material body slowly withers and falls prey to decomposition. Nothing material can be taken along into death, because all possessions, goods and chattels and assets of every kind remain back in the material world and can only be used by the bereaved ones still alive. Like sound and smoke, cherished friendships also vanish as well as image, might and glory, etc., hence in this respect only those who are left behind can still cherish memories and perhaps be beneficiaries of them.
Every death is preceded by a dying, be it slowly, quickly or suddenly, and this must be endured by each human being completely alone, because everyone dies on his/her own, and indeed even if dear loved ones or friends, etc. are there during one's last walk. No other human being can accompany another into death, but only stand by a dying person as end-of-life care. Thus, also nothing material can be given to be taken into death, because when the human being changes over/transitions into it, everything coarse-substantial passes away for him/her within seconds. In the storage-banks of one’s otherworldly overall consciousness-block, however, all the essence of his/her love, his/her knowledge and his/her wisdom is stored in a fine-fluidal impulse-based wise, consequently nothing is lost of his/her values in this regard, and indeed not for all time. It is then also the essence of these stored abilities and potentials which during the development of the new consciousness and its new personality is entered into them. As a result, in his/her new life, by means of and based in love, knowledge and wisdom, the new human being can further develop, i.e. further evolve, where the old consciousness with its personality has ceased to learn and to exist due to the onset of death.
The human being must walk on evolutive consciousness paths during his/her life and school himself/herself with regard to the truth proceeding out of the reality, in order to obtain knowledge and wisdom from it and therewith also love, peace, freedom, harmony and all-embracing feelings for others. Only from this results a life in accordance with the creational-natural laws and recommendations and the fulfillment of the life-sense, which consists therein, to fulfill all the high values of these laws and recommendations through a valueful consciousness-formation and consciousness-expansion. And in order to tread the consciousness-based education-path and to achieve the high values, any purposive meditation can be used, through which also the preparation of death is learned and in its necessity it can be understood.
Through meditation, in relation to the dying and death as well as in every other necessary respect, true confidence can be learned and retained, by which all of the unavoidable can likewise be handled without anxiety and fear, as well as the daily happenings, practical experiences and lived experiences, etc. in every respect. If, while the human being during his/her life, grants himself/herself an extensive schooling with regard to living and dying as well as concerning death and also consciously and far-reachingly educates himself/herself in all necessary knowledge, understanding and following the natural-creational laws and recommendations, can he/she also develop a consciousness for the unavoidable process of dying.
This also gives rise to the understanding and acceptance for the fact that all elements of the material body gradually dissolve after its demise, and that, when the last breath is taken, the spirit-form up until its rebirth escapes into its realm of the other world and the consciousness-block with its personality irrevocably escapes into the otherworldly realm of the overall consciousness-block. If this is understood, then the human being will also be able to deal with the particular phases of the dying and the death-life, consequently also the clear light of death will be recognized and accepted, as it unavoidably approaches and takes life as its toll.
When the consciousness-state finally expires, then that is exactly the threshold which is crossed into death. However before this happens, if a normal dying takes place, a throes-state occurs, which corresponds to a dying phase and a preliminary stage of the exititus letalis, i.e. of the death with reduced life-processes. In this process, the life functions of the consciousness slowly expire, and in the end, death eventuates as a collapse of the entire integrated, i.e. the whole combined organ system. The end of life is therefore an irreversible loss of function of the brain as well as the respiratory-, circulatory- and central nervous systems.
If a human being is very proficient in higher meditation practices, then he/she can realize the individual phases of his/her own dying process through his/her own proficient attentiveness and consciously live through them and linger in equanimity. Unfortunately, this is only possible for a few human beings, because they have not progressed far enough in terms of knowledge, wisdom and meditation, which is why each individual is generally advised to preserve a clear consciousness and clear thoughts as long as possible during the first stages of the dying process and still maintain and sustain the best possible thoughts and feelings of the love and the feelings for others. This makes the whole of the dying much easier and helps to enter into the in-between state of life and death without anxiety and fear and to peacefully give oneself over to the unavoidable.

Familiar dying and death
Make oneself familiar with the dying and death
If the human being makes himself/herself familiar with the dying and death in a thought-feeling-based wise and understands and thereupon prepares himself/herself, outwardly and inwardly, to face the unavoidable without anxiety, then he/she prepares to commit his/her last way of the life in dignity. However, the thoughts and feelings about the dying and death have to be practiced throughout one's life, because only in this way is it possible that at the time of the dying and the approaching death, that which is learned through the constant exercises in preparation will also actually be used. Fact is, that although nobody can guarantee this, since too many paths lead to a quick and sudden death, therefore that which is learned can find no use, nevertheless the whole of the dying and death preparation is very valueful when a normal dying is given and that which is learned throughout one's life can be well and consciously used.
When rationally thinking about the dying and death, then probably no human being is safe from sometimes having some unsettling thoughts and feelings, which however have nothing to do with anxiety and shyness/dread, but rather with a kind of curiosity. It is this, too, that makes all thoughts and feelings about the dying and death much easier and everything also more peaceful and even harmonious, because detached from anxiety and shyness/dread, the world of thoughts and feelings becomes freer and more open, consequently peace can be found therein.
If the human being knows that he/she dies and goes over to death, then sorrowful questions may indeed arise, as to what will happen with the beloved surviving relatives and what their destiny will be. This can very well be a big concern, but it is to be considered regarding this, that even after one's own death, life goes on for the bereaved, as has been the case from time immemorial. Those who have remained behind have always continued their lives since time immemorial with all the fates that have occurred again and again, and after a certain time at the latest, they have put aside their sorrow and returned to everyday life and existence. This is the unchangeable course of life, and only through this does a progress and an evolution ensue. At the same time, however, it should be taken into consideration throughout the process, that a lifetime-long thought-feeling-based and rational careful study with regard to the dying and death is necessary and useful, in order to be able to consciously face these in dignity and anxiety-free at the end of the life. A lifelong thought-feeling-based careful self-study of the dying and death creates in the human being such a strong trust in their necessity and rightness, that when their time comes, everything can be accepted without discord, but with open and joyful senses. When all the thought- and feeling-based preparations concerning dying and death have been made and when everything is processed, understood and accepted in the right wise, then the human being, when he/she has worked out everything necessary for understanding and accepting his/her dying and death, can at the end of his/her life, not fail to become conscious and get through the whole thing.
Howsoever the human being acts and how he/she cultivates and uses all his/her thoughts and feelings with regard to the careful study of life and the everyday occurrences, it is nevertheless thus helpful for him/her and of urgent necessity, that he/she also carefully study the dying and death in a rational thought-feeling-based wise. Even if he/she believes that there is no further life after death, conscious and healthy thoughts and feelings about the unavoidable, can nevertheless in this respect be of great benefit, such that the anxiety becomes less, by which at least a better preparation can be made. In any case, a preparation is of great value, because if the dying and death will be confronted unprepared, then the prospect of losing oneself in anxiety is very great. A preparation for the final walk greatly facilitates this and, moreover, it is a valueful defense against any emergence of anxiety, uncertainty and shyness/dread, as well as promoting and effectuating inner harmony, such that the dying and death can be confronted in peace. In particular, the inner peace is of great importance, because it allows ripples to arise that call forth sublime thoughts and spiritual fine-sensitive feelings of deep and connecting love with the death and everything creational-natural.
