The main thing is to take care of your body.
We all (without exception) must take care of our body, as well as our mental state, which almost entirely depends on our physical state (body).
Taking care of the body can be different, starting with nutrition and ending with sports, but the main thing is to adhere to certain norms in your life that would not overload, but also do not overly relax our body.
You should always remember the wonderful statement of our famous Russian ballerina: "You should eat less!" We must remember every day that the body will be given to us one and the other will not be! Our body, like a temple, must be clean!
